The bases of this Tournament are the same as those of Tournament A,
excepr for:
>Star time: 1 day at 6:30 pm, other rounds at 6:30 pm, except the 9th ruond which Will beging at 2:30 pm.
>All players in this Tournament must be born after the November 18, 2004.
>Also they can not have more than 1600 ELO FIDE/German, since
October 2018.
